You exercise to take care of your body, but what do you do to strengthen the muscles of your mind?

I have learned in the past 9 years, that solely focusing on healing the body can leave out 2/3 of the picture when managing chronic health conditions, such as pain and stress.

Through my personal journey with chronic back pain, I have learned that, in order to live a fulsome and flourishing life, it is vital to take care of both the mind and the body.

Mind Body Horizons is the product of my journey and I have created it for patients and professionals to learn about how I have managed my personal pain with the use of mind-body approaches.
