Back Pain 101: Becoming Aware of your Triggers

Did you know that over 80% of people will develop back pain at some point in their lives? ⁣That's 4/5 people! ⁣


I once heard a spine surgeon say this to a patient: ⁣ "If you've never had back pain, you are the anomaly!" ⁣⁣Back pain is essentially a part of the human condition.


Because it is so common, it is extremely important to learn how to manage it. And a key step in the self-management of back pain is, finding our triggers. Here are 5 possible triggers:





The 5 listed above are my personal top triggers. ⁣Many of my patients will also agree with this list! ⁣⁣

What's interesting about these 5, is that, COVID has totally thrown all of us out of our routines ! ⁣⁣
