How to reduce stress and bring mindfulness to your workplace?

Mindfulness Workshops/Seminars/Lunch-Learns (45min - 60 minutes)

  • Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation in an easy and entertaining format

  • History, benefits of mindfulness meditation, and the current neuroscience on how mindfulness meditation supports employee wellness (stress-reduction, increased resilience, self-compassion and preventing burnout)

  • A 10-15 minute guided meditation (stress relief and relaxation meditation) for employees to experience and explore the true benefits of mindfulness meditation

  • Practical applications for employees to use mindfulness and meditation in their day to day lives to manage stress, build resilience and live a happy and healthy life

  • Mini-mindfulness techniques to practice at home & work (i.e. mindful breathing, mindful breaks, eating, movements)

Weekly Guided Meditation Sessions
