This January 2021, we invite you to Reflect and Recharge your mind, body, & spirit with a small group of like-minded clinicians and healthcare practitioners. Join us in this special virtual retreat that will ground you, inspire you and recharge you for the upcoming year. In this interactive retreat our aim is to foster meaningful connections, induce positivity and learn techniques to stay grounded in this ever- changing healthcare world.

Meet your Hosts
Anna Wong
Anna is a physiotherapist, wellness coach, and workshop facilitator on clinician wellness and burnout prevention. Having experienced burnout first hand, Anna understands how work-related stress can affect your enjoyment of your career, and how it can affect your mental and physical health, your relationships, and your personal life. This led her to complete a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) in order understand the science of happiness and human flourishing. Her mission is to empower clinicians with tools to optimize their wellbeing, using evidence-based strategies. You can follow her on instagram @clinicianwellness.
Shrey Vazir
Shrey is a Registered Physiotherapist and a Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator specializing in chronic pain and stress. Having gone through a personal journey with persistent back pain, Shrey has embraced mindfulness into his daily practice – both personally and clinically. With his advanced training in the Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Management (MBCPM™) program, he has integrated the principles of mindfulness meditation to teach patients and healthcare professionals on how they can better cope with chronic stress, pain, and burnout.
