About the Event
Have you ever wanted to practice mindfulness meditation but don't know where to start? Or perhaps you want to expand your mindfulness practices to help reduce your stress levels and improve your overall health and well-being.
Join the waitlist for this Mindfulness series, in which Shrey will introduce you to various mindfulness meditation practices weekly! (Times and day yet to be decided).
During these 15-20 minute sessions, Shrey will teach you about mindfulness, guide you through a meditation, share positive insights & quotes, and answer any questions you may have.
