Have you ever wanted to practice mindfulness meditation but don't know where to start? Or perhaps you are a seasoned meditator who wants to expand your mindfulness practice. Join this compassionate community which can keep you accountable on your journey of living a happier, calmer and healtheir life!
Join this 8 week Mindfulness series, in which Shrey will introduce you to various mindfulness meditation practices weekly! (Spots are limited)
During these 30 minute weekly sessions, Shrey will teach you about mindfulness, guide you through a meditation, share positive insights & quotes, and help you build your personal mindfulness practice. There will also be time for group discussions and further insight.
This series will cover various mindfulness and meditation practices, such as:

5 Senses Meditation for Grounding and Relaxing our Busy Minds
