Have you ever wanted to practice mindfulness meditation but don't know where to start? Or perhaps you want to expand your mindfulness practices to help reduce your stress levels and improve your overall health and well-being.
In this Mindful Friday series, Shrey will introduce you to various mindfulness meditation practices weekly at 12:15PM (EST), over the span of October-December, 2021
During these 15-20 minute sessions, Shrey will teach you about mindfulness, guide you through a meditation, share positive insights & quotes, and answer any questions you may have.
